Where we start

Starting local.

InfinityIQ Labs is an innovation consultancy, starting with the businesses here in Cape Breton.

  1. Now

Consulting & building for local businesses

Learning how local businesses run, then building the AI and automation that modernise them.

01 / What we build

Practical AI that does one job well.

No big platforms, no jargon. We start from how your business already runs, then build focused tools that take repetitive questions and busywork off your plate.

AI assistants & chat bots

Assistants for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook that answer the questions you hear every day: hours, location, services, availability, in your tone of voice.

  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram DMs
  • Messenger

Booking helpers

Guide customers to the right service and time, then hand them to your existing booking system. No double-handling, fewer missed calls.

  • Appointments
  • Reservations
  • Hand-off to staff

Custom web apps

Lightweight, fast tools built for exactly how your business runs: order forms, internal dashboards, quote builders, simple customer portals.

  • Forms & portals
  • Dashboards
  • Mobile-first

Process automation

Connect the apps you already use so the boring parts happen on their own: reminders, follow-ups, notifications, spreadsheets that fill themselves.

  • Reminders
  • Follow-ups
  • App-to-app

02 / How we work

From how it runs today to what it could be.

  1. 01

    Sit down & listen

We sit down, in person or online, and map how your business runs today: where the time goes, and the messages, calls and tasks that repeat.

  2. 02

    Design a working concept

We build a small clickable demo using your real services and wording, so you can see it before committing to anything.

  3. 03

    Build, tune & launch

We refine it with you, connect it to the tools and channels you already use, and set clear hand-offs to a real person when needed.

  4. 04

    Local support

We keep it accurate as your hours, menu or services change. You’ll always know who to call: Jo.

03 / See one working

A live front-desk chat demo.

Try a scripted front-desk assistant we built for a fictional sample business, right here on the page. Ask about hours, services or locations, or walk through booking an appointment, the same way a customer would on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.

  • Quick-reply buttons for common questions
  • Step-by-step booking hand-off
  • A friendly fallback when it doesn't know

Demo, sample business. Scripted answers only: nothing is sent, stored or booked.

05 / Why local

Built in Cape Breton,
for Cape Breton.

Big-city agencies don’t know that your customers message on a Sunday night, or that your hours change with the season. We’re based here too, so we do.

Face to face

We’re based in Sydney, NS. Meet Jo in person, not a ticket queue.

Sized to fit

Focused tools that fit how your business actually runs, from a local shop or kitchen to a bigger team.

Your setup, modernised

We build on the tools you already have, keep your voice, and make sure there’s always a hand-off to a real person.

Plain-language support

No jargon. Clear answers about what it does and what it doesn't.
